M & L for lifting of submersible pumping set of any capacity from deep bore well of any depth with chain and pulley/machine plant arrangement including lowering down the submersible pump set after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: All break downs should be done with in 24 hours without any interpution of water supply system to troops. If not rectified with in time period will be arrange alternate suitable capacity of submersible pump set up to complete the break down and the coplete job cost is deemed in this quoted rate.

M & L for opening the defective submersible pump set and motor of 5 HP to 12.5 HP repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable parts including machine/ lathe work and re-assembling the pump set in original position with required insulating material to make it fully functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- All spare parts as required for repair/overhauling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BoQ and the spares should be suitable to as per above existing model & make.

M & L for openinng the centrifugal pump set of capacity 5.00 to 15 HP including taking down/out the burnt winding wire cleaning the slots,rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge,weight etc,repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable parts including machine/lathe work and re- assembling the pumpset in original position with required insulating material to make it fully functional complete all as specified and as directed.

Lowering :- Lowering the non clog sewage submersible pump after making operational condition alongwith column pipe, SWR rope including existing submersible cable and all respective items here-in- above lifting and installation of pump motor in its original position, connections the as well as delivery main including electrical connectiion of both end i.e. with starter and motor terminals. Material and Labour for repairing and servicing /cleaning complete of non clog sewage submersible pump set of the capacity 5/7.5 HP any make with replacement of worn out /unserviceable parts and reassembling the same after complete repair with accessories such as nut, bolts, washers etc. Installation with proper alignment including testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note:- All spare parts as required for repair/overhauling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A' and the spares should be suitable to as per existing model & make only.

M & L for cutting and taking out existing burnt out/unserviceable copper winding from the stator unit of non clog sewage submersible pump set Cleaning of slots and complete stator unit with using carbon tetra chloride (CTC Solution). M & L for disposal of waste water up to 15 mtr depth of Sewage well and 08 Feet depth of Man Hole by using Portable sewage pumping set of capacity 12 HP and filling of waste water in a covered trolley and disposed off outside specified/MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning of semi under ground sump of storage capacity of water up to 100000 gallons thoroughly by removing mud, dirt etc. from the sump by the following method complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cleaning inner surface of the tank by scraping with steel wire brushes and removing mud and sludge collected in and outside of the tank and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 50 meter. (b) Washing with clean water thoroughly complete tank internally and finally cleaning with bleaching powder. (c) writing date of cleaning on the sump.

M&L cleaning of semi under ground sump of storage capacity of water up to 25000 gallons thoroughly by removing mud, dirt etc. from the sump by the following method complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cleaning inner surface of the tank by scraping with steel wire brushes and removing mud and sludge collected in and outside of the tank and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 50 meter.
