Collection, supplying , spreading and compacting aggregates of brocken bricks aggregates as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge, including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80 -100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and slopes, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of brick aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density watering and compacting to the required density including cost of material, seigniorage charges, transportation, labour charges, over heads & contractor's profit etc. complete.

Collection, Supply, spreading and compaction of the soil like Clay or silty sand or combination of these materials. The material shall be free from organic or other deleterious constituents. At the time of compaction the water content of the material should not vary from optimum moisture content(O.M.C) by more than @ +/- 2%. Expansive clays and other unsuitable materials as in Cl.305.2.1.1 of MOST specifications booklet shall not be allowed. Rate includes cost and conveyance, seigniorage charges, stacking, spreading in desired layers and compaction with three wheeled roller upto desired density etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge etc complete for finished item of work.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) under foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed Granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for mixing, laying concrete in foundations , ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing including cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402) MACHINE MIXING

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M-20 grade as per IS 456 nominal mix using 20mm size graded aggregate machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing, laying concrete, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work, for:-Machine Mix-PCC : M-20 NOMINAL MIX. FOR BED OF SUMP AND SEPTIC TANK.

Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M20 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 350 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing, vibrating and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR FOOTINGS, PEDESTALS, PLINTH BEAMS.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985) of 8mm to 40mm diameters, (TATA, SAIL, VSP,JSW & Shyam Steel) cutting, bending, to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks, chairs, overlaps, spacers, dowels, wastage etc., and all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and sales & other taxes,on cost of all materials complete for finished item of work (APSS No.126)

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, sales & other taxes on all materials,all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar, scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by Engineer - in - charge, finishing, curing, etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges for Even Surfaces of Wall for finished item of work. (APSS 901,903 & 904)

Granolithic Concrete flooring 20 mm thick with (1:1:2), using 6mm to 12 mm size hard granite machine crushed metal and screened sand laid over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, in alternate panels of size not exceeding 1.50 m x 1.50 m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes and thread lining including cost of all materials like cement, metal sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand)and water, overheads & contractors profit, complete for finished item of work. (APSS No.701 & 710).
