Providing and laying lime concrete to the required thickness, levels, and slopes over the prepared base. Water tightening work with traditional lime mortar over the top of ancient masonry walls to prevent water absorption and weathering of the underlying structure. The work includes thoroughly cleaning the top surface of the wall, removing loose material, and creating a proper slope/camber for quick water drainage. The mortar shall be prepared using combination Lime Mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime :1 coarse sand :1 powdered surkhi) mixed with wellgraded brick aggregate of specified nominal gauge, and homogeneously blended with traditional organic additives like molasses (gur/sheera), dry tree gum, and dry bail-fruit pulp (giri) in required proportions. Providing and constructing a fully enclosed temporary shed as store room The items includes laying of temporary dry brick soling for the flooring over a leveled and rammed earth surface, packed with sand or fine earth to prevent ground moisture. The item also includes providing and fixing GI (Galvanized Iron) corrugated sheets for both roofing and all four sides cladding, fixed securely with GI J-bolts, nuts, bitumen, and limpet washers, including the fabrication of a suitable lockable doorlgate for material handling. All vertical and horizontal ioints must be sealed to make the entire structure completely watertight and wind-resistant. Rate shall include the cost of all materials, brick soling, GI sheets, fixtures, overlaps, wastage,painting and labor required to Complete the work as a single composite unit, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge..
