Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item -A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 m including all lifts,levelling,ramming the foundation trenches,removing roots of trees,shrubs all complete as per approved design,building specification and direction of E/I+Extra for earthworkin hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I.(vide classification of soil item-B)

Stone cushger dust finer than 3mm with not more than 10% passing of 0.075 sieve at quary. Basic rate =300.00 add 15.95% (CP+O.H+W.C ) =347.85

Supplying and laying (properly as per design and drawing )rip-rap with good quality of boulders duly packed including the cost of materials,royalty all taxes etc.but excluding the cost of carriage, all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing P.C.C.M-200 in nominal mix of (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand III :3 graded stone aggregate) 20mm nominal size

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls(any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3(1 cement : 1-5 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, band, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: with 1.1.5.3

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm,bars as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of Rods (straight or in coils) to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Bituminous Macadam Grading-I with VG-30 Grade Packed Bitumen Providing and laying bituminous macadam with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder --------do------E/I

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)
