Checking and attending electrical complaints for continuous electric supply like No light / Short circuit / non working fittings / fixtures / post top lantern/bollard lights including replacement of unserviceable parts such as switch, socket, holders, tube light and including carrying out the minor repair like fixing screws, tightening of loose wires, any type renewal of small pieces of electric wire upto 1.00 mtr length and maintenance work complete on all working days all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Checking and attending electrical ceiling fan/ exhaust fan complaint including replacement of unservicable ceiling / Exhaust fan condensor of any capacity complete on all working days all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Attending of complaints of Geyser at site including checking and rectification of any electric fault/ water leakage and making good in all respects including minor repairs, replacement of unserviceable switch, socket, burnt copper wire connections wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No 1,2, & 3 of BOQ:- (a) Fittings and fixtures will be paid separately under supply only item. (b) Blank (c) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting their rates. (d) Materials for repair works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be supplied by the contractor and adequate stock shall be held all the time by contractor (e) Any nature of electrical complaint, the entire responsibilty of rectification lies with the contractor.

(f) Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 2000/- per day per complaint, if he fails to attend the complaint within 12 hours. (g) All serially numbered complaint docket will be provided by contractor and cost of docket included in the rate quoted for the items. (h) All T&P, safety gadgets shall be provided by the contractor. (j) Rep of the contractor shall receive complaints in morning 0900 hr and give feedback on daily basis to concerned JE E/M (k) Payment to contractor released after submission of these complaints duly rectified within time and duly signed by contractor, JE, and Engineer-in-Charge in RAR/Final bill. (l) Contractor shall maintain the maintinance register showing all daily complaints recieved and shall maintain job cards for attending complaints. The signature of the user shall be obtained on the job card showing the material incorporated in the work after completion of the job with date.

Supply and fix in repairs ceiling fan regulator electronic stepped type, suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan, 230 Volts single phase complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan from site and hand over / deposit to AGE E/M yard for repair / servicing / rewinding etc complete all as directed at site.

M&L for rewinding of fan motor including changing / servicing of bushes etc complete to match the old winding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete

Supply and fixing in repairs thermostat for 6"/11" suitable for geysers of capacity 25/50 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC connection pipe of 12 mm ((internal) suitable for hot/cold water, 45 cm long with brass nuts and rubber washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with FRLS 1100 Volts grade, two runs of 2.5 sqmm copper cable drawn through and including PVC casing and capping with one run of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly including taking down old unservicable point wiring including switches, sockets etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Point wiring for one light/fan point complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor as earth conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches, sockets etc concealed on wall including taking down old unservicable point wiring including switches, sockets etc complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unservicable ceilling fan by disconneting and providing new Ceilling fan 1200mm sweep complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and acessories , 230 Volt min air dilevery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, five star rated with brushless direct current motor(BLDC), hanging on the same location, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Note:- The old ceilling fans will be deposited to the MES yard at AGE E/M-II of GE (NW) Vasco.

Supply and fix in repair of Exhaust fan 230V single phase plastic body/Metal body (As per site) sweep size up to 300mm, 1400 RPM connecting up including provision of necessary wall opening if required, making good to match the existing finish and connecting up with cable from ceiling rose or connector to exhaust fan etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Old exhaust Fan deposited in store)

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces by removing dust, rust, oil and scraping etc for Painting the LT Panel boards , VCBs, APFC panel and Feeder piller etc in different locations with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of blue colour over the existing painted surfaces after preparing the old painted surfaces and apply putty and red oxide primer and writting SM/MES No. in white letter all as directed.

S & F in repair of MS chequered plate thickness 6 mm FE -410-W E-250 gde of quality 'A' grade for covering on the cable duct. The plate shall be painted with two coats of black enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L loose filling with stone aggregates of 40mm size in substations, around 4 pole/6 pole structures all as specified and directed. (The contractor has to stack the gravel/stones near the substation as per directed for necessary measurement and instructions ).

Taking out LT UG cable from any type of soil Cable under ground LT any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor of any size from LT OH Lines after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multijointed / undersize conductors complete all as specfied and as directed.

Material & Labour for ACSR Conductor steel reinforced including stringing through existing RCC poles, fixing in insulators, jumpers with polythene pipe, aluminium binding wire etc complete connection complete all as specfied and as directed.

Removing grass and bushes growing including grass root at Substation yard and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet pasted with vitereous enamelled signal red colour with white letters in English figures, conventional skull and bones and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, of size 20 x 15 cm, fixed complete all as specfied and as directed.

All as per above item No 21 but of size 25 x 20 cm.for HT complete all as specfied and as directed.

M/L for preparation of old cement coated surface, cleaning the surface of the RCC pole above the ground level incl coping area with 2 coats of ACC exterior Emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer after preparation of surface including 12 cm black paint around the pole. Marking of pole No with white enamel paint over black paint of dia 10cm, Repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e U clamps, MS Channels etc above 1.5mtr height by applying one coat of alumn paint all as specfied at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE: Matter for printing will be provided by Department

Supply and install of Information board of size 25cm x 20cm made with PVC base sheet 3mm thick and single side printed / sticker of letters on suitable size for hanging on pole with required clamps or pasting on Panels for Substation yard structure poles and Substation Indoor and Outdoor panels , as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair 2 pole contactor 25 Amps per pole for street light panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install First Aid Box of adequate size and shape equipped with all medicines and equipments required for first aid complete all as specified and all as directed.

Supply and install of electric shock treatment chart of 1Mtr x 1 Mtr (for sub stations) printed on PVC base sheet to be printed in colour in english and in regional language to be displayed on wall as specified and directed.
