Provision of services for manning and operation of Diesel Generating set of capacity 500 KVA - 02 Nos at Coast Guard Jetty Power House round the clock (24 hours) with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (FGM) and ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (Electrician) per shift in three shifts of 08 hours each from 0600 to 1400 hours, 1400 to 2200 hours and 2200 to 0600 hours including Sundays & holidays for the following machineries installed in the Power House complete all as specified and as directed. (a) DG Set complete with alternator control panel, capacity 500 KVA - 02 Nos. (b) LT Panel board / distribution board with accessories- 4 Nos. (c) Stepdown transformers 11 KV/440 Volts of 800 KVA- 1 No, 500 KVA - 1 No and 315 KVA- 01 No. (d) HT GOD 11000 volts 200 Amps - 4 Nos. complete with Four pole structures - 2 sets & Two pole structure - 01 set . (e) HT VCB 11000 volts 400 Amps complete - 01 No. NOTE: The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for shifting of POL/lubricants from 3.6 MW Power House at NSRY, Haddo complete including loading/unloading/ transportation. complete all as specified and as directed.

Provision of services for manning and operation of Diesel Generating set of capacity 63 KVA - 01 No. and Diesel Generating set of capacity 35 KVA - 01 No. at Coast Guard RHQ round the clock (24 hours) with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (FGM) per shift in three shifts of 08 hours each from 0600 to 1400 hours, 1400 to 2200 hours and 2200 to 0600 hours including Sundays & holidays for upkeeping of the installations, carrying out of the routine maintenance complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for shifting of POL/lubricants from CG Power House, Haddo complete including loading/unloading/ transportation.

Provision of services for manning and operation of external electric supply network including feeder pillar boxes, street light round the clock (24 hours) with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (Electrician) per shift in three shifts of 08 hours each from 0600 to 1400 hours, 1400 to 2200 hours and 2200 to 0600 hours including Sundays & holidays at CG TRV, CG RHQ, CG Jetty, CG DHQ and Valley view sub-station under GE Haddo such as replacing of burnt out fuses, checking of Sub-station out going switchgears, rectifying the faults in the MCCBs, bus bar, checking the cable for faults, temporary arrangement of supply in case of cable fault, checking the LT panels, disconnecting and removing burnt out cable end portions, re-terminating of cable ends, crimping with lugs of suitable size, reconnecting, cleaning of bus bars, removing carbon deposits, resetting of Air circuit breakers,Vacuum circuit breakers, Air break switches, proper functioning of street lights complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the cost of travelling/ transportation of the operator to attend complaints.

Provision of services for manning and operation of Diesel Generating set of capacity 82.5 KVA installed at Manekshaw Enclave (N4 Site) round the clock (24 hours) with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (FGM) per shift in three shifts of 08 hours each from 0600 to 1400 hours, 1400 to 2200 hours and 2200 to 0600 hours including Sundays & holidays for upkeeping of the installations, carrying out of the routine maintenance complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for shifting of POL/lubricants from 3.6 MW Power House at NSRY, Haddo complete including loading/unloading/ transportation.

NOTE for all items:- The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for the following:- (a) Receiving the complaints from users either on telephone or personally and recording them in the complaint register & Job card promptly and properly. (b) Attending the complaints immediately. (c) Maintaining the complaint register at each installation. (d) Tools & plants required for carrying out electrical repairs. (e) Carrying out minor repairs like replacement of fuses, maintenance of batteries, filling of distilled water in batteries, making temporary arrangements for power supply during major break downs within the area of the installations. (f) Carrying out weekly/ monthly maintenance of transformer yards/ earthings. (g) Immediate information shall be passed on to JE E/M during and major breakdowns/pending works left out during the shift period. Proper handing/taking over shall be carried over to the next shift personnel. (h) Contractor shall arrange his own vehicles & own tools for attending the complaints for each person on every shift. (j) Contractor shall provide Complaint slip books as per sample (200 Pages) - 10 Nos (k) Complaint Register (200 Pages) as required at all installations.

(l) Contractor shall supply two pairs of dangry for each person showing the name of the unit, their name and designation like FGM/ Helper /Operator/Valveman etc., to the tradesmen and they shall invariably wear the said dangary. (m) Safety gloves, shoes, helmets, torch lights as required for the operators to carryout the job in the installations. (n) Upkeeping the surroundings of installations/complaint cells neat and clean by cutting grass etc. and sanitise with bleaching powder and lime. (o) Contractor is solely responsible for group insurance policy for his employees. Minimum of 4.0 Lakhs/person to be paid in case of any physical disability or any casualty. (p) Contractor shall provide double end spanner set -01 No. and bi-hexagonal ring spanner set -01 No. (q) One rechargeable LED light at each installation. (r) LT insulation tape of size 25mm wide and 25 metres long - 100 Nos.
