Supply and fixing with 14-15mm thick tegular edged light weight calcium silicate false(semi-perforated/ perforated) ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns approved by GE having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991,in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismanting of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 14-18 mm thick on walls skirting dado, riser steps and pillar laid over cement screed 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat complete and jointed with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and granite polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Grinding with machine grinder of granite stone /terrazzo topping with marble aggregate /marble Stone slab / kota slab etc. as in old floor, wall, cooking platform, shelf etc & polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 300mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm but n exc. 0.18Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, Bracke sketch fitting, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note:- The damaged surfaces to be made good with plastering (1:6). & applying colour wash in required coats to matching with existing surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cost of the same deem to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra on this account admissible.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 49,013.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
