Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with Cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cms x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) for foundation and basement including necessary provision of bond stone with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specifications.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five sand) using country bricks ground molded of size 23x11x7 cm for the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate) The binding wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement two sand four hand broken stone) suing 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or Roof Slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of the slabs beams etc shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 12mm thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc. as directed by the departmental Officers complete complying with standard specification. The rate is to include vibration charges

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and three sand) 10mm thick including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades and staircase steps, landing slabs, etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Altima apex exterior emlusion two coats with approved quality colour pigment including cost of matersls and labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats using good enamel paints including of all cost and conveyance of all materials to site for labour charges etc., complete.
