RequiredGST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload undertaking along with bid documents.

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/DDH), CPWD. If, the receipt is issued by any subordinate gazetted authority as authorized by the Engineer-in-Charge/DDH, then the Authorization letter issued by Engineer-in-Charge/DDH should also be uploaded / submitted online, else bid will be rejected.

(If Form-F is signed by an authorized person of bidder / firm then Power of Attorney for submission of tender documents in favour of authorized person on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.200/- duly notarized and attested shall be submitted and uploaded by the bidder at the time of bid submission.)
