REPAIR, CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF JACKWELL, SUCTION PUMP AND REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF FILTER BED, FLOCULATORS, CLEAN WATER SUMP WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT LTWS UNDER GE NAGROTA

Cleaning of main Jackwell of size approx 6mx6mx18m (internal dimensions) by dewatering with the help of water pump and removal of mud/wet silt (min 30 cum) from inside tank depth from floor level and removal of mud/liquid silt to a distance n exc. 50 mtr and cleaning of tank by scrubing the silt & scale from floor and walls and washing out tank with bleaching and alum mixed water finally with clear water untill the clear water is not obtained complete all as specified and directed. Note: Three photographs inside of each Jackwell before and after cleaning shall be taken and kept in record. These shall be fwd alongwith RAR/FB.

Material and labour for disconnecting and removing VT pump motor of cap 50/75 HP and taking out pump alongwith MS flanged pipes 4 nos of 4m length each and taking out the shaft/impeller and taking the pump with shaft and accessories to the workshop for necessary replacing of the defective parts such as bowl casing, body casing, bushes, neck ring, sleeves etc and taking back the pump from workshop and refitting the same with all accessories and making the pump servicaeable complete all as specified and directed. Note: VT pump motor to be handed over to contractor for repair shall be handed and taken over through a proper issue and receipt voucher.

Cleaning of semi underground clarifloculators size 10 m dia and 3 m (internal dimensions) by removal of mud/wet silt (min 2 cum) from inside tank depth of mud 0.5 to 1.0 m from floor level and removal of mud/liquid silt to a distance n exc. 50 mtr and cleaning of tank by scrubing the silt & scale from floor and walls and washing out tank with bleaching and alum mixed water finally with clear water untill the clear water is not obtained complete all as specified and directed. Note: Three photographs inside of each SUG clarifloculators before and after cleaning shall be taken and kept in record. These shall be fwd alongwith RAR/FB.

M & L for cleaning to chamber / chambers internal surfaces of RCC semi under ground sump having capacity 3 lakh gallon any type by removing bleaching powder/Al-Tock residue, silt sand, mud, funges etc with steel wire brush and getting out. Cleaning, washing and flushing including writing done/due date of cleaning with synthetic enamelled white paint on black back ground (Black back ground shall be painted with synthetic enamelled black paint), letter n.exc. 10cm in height complete and UG Tank Should Be made smooth by plastering of 1:2 Cm with Dr. Fixit water bound or any other superier mixture , preventing leaks of inside tank By using special chemical as recommended by experts of OH Tank /UG Sump as per Manufacturer's instructions complete all as speciifed and directed. Note: (i) Three photographs inside of each sump before and after cleaning shall be taken and kept in record. These shall be fwd alongwith RAR/FB. (ii) The cost of Material and labour for repair of inside tank deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Seperate log book should be maintain for record of maint and cleaning of U/G sump and blank log book shall be provided by contractor.

Material and labour for draining out water completely from the Gravity sand filter bed- 04 nos at LTWS , removing the gravel/boulders , sand, silt, dirt, mud etc from the filter beds and entire old unused gravel and sand shall be thrown out not exceeding 500 mtr, scrapping all the inner walls and bottom of the tanks by scrubbing with steel wire brush, washing with clean water and applying two coats of white lime wash on all internal and external surfaces of the bed, complete all as specfied and directed. Note: Three photographs inside of each sand filter before and after cleaning shall be taken and kept in record. These shall be fwd alongwith RAR/FB.

Supply and fixing in repair cast iron lateral pipes 80 mm dia, 3 mtr long flanged type duly fixed with PVC strainers on 20 mm dia sockets complete with nuts, bolts, gaskets etc including dismantling of existing pipes from bottom of filter bed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, cleaning, washing and laying of gravels in First layers of size 25 mm to 50 mm up to 400 mm depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, cleaning, washing and laying of gravels in Second layer of size 12.5 mm to 25 mm up to 400 mm depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, cleaning, washing and laying of gravels in Third layer of size 6mm to 12.5mm up to 300 mm depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, cleaning, washing and laying of gravels in Third layer of size 3mm to 6mm up to 300 mm depth complete all as specified and directed.
