Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specified for including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs and similar articles with finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed .

Rendering 15mm thick, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtrs mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes/cable/pipe line etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (Salt glazed ware/CI/AC or Reinforced concrete) of 150/200mm internal bore, set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes, internal 150mm, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 , complete all as specified and as directed .

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm crushed stone aggregates) as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; after laying, complete all as specified and as directed .

Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes, internal 200mm, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 , complete all as specified and as directed .

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm crushed stone aggregates) as in bed to drain pipes of 200mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; after laying, complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains/pipes, making good to pipe 150mm bore and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel 1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finishing the surface even and smooth and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked/ choked SGSW/ Cast Iron drain pipes/ sewer lines of any bore and any types, in horizontal position by rodding, after first manhole, from manholes to manholes and manholes end to septic tanks/ soakage wells, flushing with pressure jet of water/ sewage suction machine after taking out existing manholes covers and putting back manhole covers in original position after cleaning of lines including removing the sludge and other waste materials/ blockage in drain pipes, transport to outside of Unit/ Cantonment area and spreading bleaching powder on top of manholes covers of septic/ soakage pits or in the surrounding areas to make hygienically fit, complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Cost of transportation of waste materials shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Removing of Septic tank/Soakge well covers (any type) and dewatering/ pumping/ bailing out of contaminated water including cleaning of sludge (solid or semi solid) and night soil from septic tanks/ soakage wells of any capacity and depth alongwith inlet/ outlet chambers etc by vehicle mounted sewage suction machine including pumping out the contaminated water in open drain/ low lying area to a distance exceeding 50mtr and removing the sludge, silt etc. (solid waste materials) to outside of Unit/ Cantonment area and putting back Septic tank/Soakge well covers in original position including spreading bleaching powder on top of septic tanks/ soakage wells to make it hygienically fit, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) Actual quantity of sludge/ waste material only shall be measured after dewatering the septic tanks only, the sludge shall be carried away in the sewage carrying tankers. (ii) Cost of dewatering/ pumping out of contaminated water from septic tanks and soakage well shall deemed be included in quoted rates.

Removing of manhole cover,keeping aside and cleaning silt/garbage/sewage etc from manholes,clearing of blockage by rodding manually or mechanically if required ,all as specified and directed.

Removing of grating and refixing with cement after cleaning of blockage, keeping aside and cleaning silt/sewage/garbage etc from gully trap of EWC/IWC in horizontal or vertical position by rodding manually or mechanically if required , complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning of choked WC (any type), WC to manhole and flushing with water after taking out existing manholes covers, removing the sludge and other materials blocking WC, including buried the sludge in the pits and filling/ leveling of soil in pits, complete all as specified and directed .

Clearing of blocked/ choked pipes of bathroom /kitchen any bore and any type, in horizontal or vertical position by rodding upto Gully trap, flushing with pressure jet of water including removing the sludge and other waste materials complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern),including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc, removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories)

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles joint free in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/ colour of tiles including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar plaster and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete of any description and in any position including cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete nominal mix M-7.50 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (including fixing bolts, flush pipe but excluding flushing cistern) and including plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hanging device and making good to dismantled/ damaged floor in cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580x440 mm white, with integral foot rests,'P' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including making good to dismantled/ damaged floor in cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) and connecting to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. but including concrete bedding layer, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repair vitreous china urinal, half stall (back or corner type)of size 535x355x340mm white (minimum), with CP spreader, grating and union for discharge pipe (including waste pipe, CP waste coupling,pvc connection), complete and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 600mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 15mm size with brass nuts of length 600mm, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick, as in plinth protection and providing the joints throughout the thickness, filled with mastic filling comprising bitumen 85/25 grade and sand mixture 1:3 by weight, complete all as specified and as directed .
