REPAIRS TO ROAD, PATH, CULVERTS AND CONNECTED ROAD FURNITURE IN AT DGQA GHATKOPER VIKHROLI UNDER GE(N) SANTACRUZ

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust or dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen) at 2.50 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete by mechanic paver, 30 mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen, rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous, macadam over primed surface of road using paving bitumen any penetration, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) . Binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified in SSR and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ? 57 per kg.67

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for cat eye plastic body having two ways reflector with abrasion resistant lens including fixing arrangement as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of speed bumps breakers made up of ABS plastic PU material rubber and black & yellow colour of size 500mm x 350mm and 74mm with both side aluminium plated reflector, antiskid UV resistance moisture and temperature including fixing using anchor bolts and epoxy mortar grout complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repair retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
