Providing and fixing Flexible rebound able spring post of 800mm high, 100mm dia and bottom dia 300mm with weight not less than 1200 gms. The spring post should be manufactured out of highly flexible material polyurethane which is UV stabilized to maintain colour and texture for years. The spring post should be contains three reflective bands. The spring post should be fixed on road surface with epoxy and 4 nos. nails of size 150mm x 12mm complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in –charge

Providing and applying white washing with lime to give an even shade: - Old work (Two or more coat) on alternate kerb along road side including cleaning of kerbs and arrangement for traffic control by providing three legged jhandies. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying bit-mastic paint of approved quality ISI marked on alternate kerbs along road side including cleaning of kerbs and arrangement for traffic control by providing three legged jhandies. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of EIC: Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm.

Providing and fixing Parking Sign Board of size 4'-0" × 3'-0", consisting from 16 gauge M.S. sheet welded to an M.S. angle frame of size 50 × 50 × 6 mm, comprising two horizontal members of 4'-0" length and two vertical legs of 11'-0" length (9'-0" above ground level and 2'-0" below ground level), complete with 2 Nos. M.S. holdfasts, each 9" long, welded to the vertical legs. The entire steel work shall be thoroughly cleaned and painted with one coat of approved metal primer followed by two coats of first-quality synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, including lettering/writing on the sign board as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The sign board shall be fixed by embedding the vertical legs in a cement concrete block of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) of size 1'-0" × 1'-0" × 2'-0", including excavation, concreting, curing, backfilling, and all incidental works required for proper installation.

Providing and fixing of informatory sign board, rectangular of size 60x80cm consisting of ACP Sheet 3 mm thick. The retro reflective high density Type IV sheet will be provided on base of sign plate and definition plate having size 600x300mm. Red reflective border 65mm wide shall also fixed on sign plate and black reflective shall be used as sign on sign plate and lettering on the definition plate. Both sign plate and definition plate is to be fixed on 360mm long vertical post of M.S. angle iron 50x50x5mm with anchorage piece of same angle of size 9" long embedded in C.C.1:2:4 in the block of 1'x1'x1' 1/2" complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
