Operation of 10KLD batch capacity SBR based sewage treatment plant along with supply of all required Chemicals, Bio-cultureand Micro-nutrients such as Aerobic bio culture, jaggery, Urea, DAP, Hypochlorite solutions and any other chemical/nutrients required to run the plant efficiently in order to maintain outlet water quality as per tender clause no.1 of tender technical specification.
Comprehensive Quarterly Maintenance of various equipment such (1) Agitator assembly along wth motor (2) Basket Centrifuge complete with it's motor (3) Manually operated Valves (4) Motorised Valves (5) Non Returning Valves (6) Pressure sand Filter along with it's valves & pressure gauges (7) Activated Carbon Filter along with it's valves & pressure gauges (8) Dissolve Oxygen Meter (9) UV system (10) Chlorine Dosing pumping system(11) Ultra Level Transmitter of 10KL batch capacity SBR based sewage treatment plant as per clause no.2 of tender technical specification.
Comprehensive yearly maintenance of various types of pump & motor sets used to handle raw/treated water and sludge recirculation in the range of 500 LPM flow & 40M head as per clause no.3 of tender technical specification.
Comprehensive yearly maintenance of Roots Blower having 100M3/hr flow and 0.5 kg/cm2 Discharge Pressure as per clause no.4 of tender technical specification.
Routine Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of LT 415V Panels installed at SBR as per clause no.5 of tender technical specification.
Routine Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of point wiring lighting, power points and other electrical accessories at SBR as per clause no.6 of tender technical specification.
Supply and Replacement of Fine Bubble Diffuser once in a contract period of 24 months as per clause no.7 of tender technical specification.
Supply and Replacement of filter media of PSF once in a contract period of 24 months as per clause no.8 of tender technical specification.
Supply and Replacement of charcoal in ACFonce in a contract period of 24 months as per clause no.9 of tender technical specification.
Cleaning and Painting of MS Structure once in a contract period of 24 months as per clause no.10 of tender technical specification.
Testing of parameters of raw & treated water such as (1) PH , (2) BOD, (3) COD, (4) TSS, (5) NH3-N, (6) Total N as per clause no. 11 of tender technical specification.
