Removing of old unserviceable Nylon Newar from Charpoy GI Pipe, Supplying and fixing 03 Nos of iron flat of size 40mm x 4mm x 900mm long duly of length of equal to width of Plywood/Charpoy duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of primer and fixing to GI Charpoy with nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size including necessary drilling into GI pipe, drilling holes 03 nos of each long rail & 02 nos of each short rail and supply & fixing 12mm thick BWR grade commercial ply suitable size 2000mm x 900mm x 12 mm thick. The gap between GI pipe & plywood shall be filled with plywood 3.5mm thick, 50mm wide as directed due to 3 ways elbow between the plywood and long rail & short rail. Plywood fixed for filling the gap shall be jointed to main ply with fevicol complete all as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Plywood shall be ISI marked and Make of Kitply, National, Archid Ply

Removing of old unserviceable long rail from the existing GI charpoy frame and supplying & fixing new long rail of length as shown on drg made out of 32 mm dia, GI pipe medium grade after threading both ends complete all as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable short rail from the existing GI charpoy frame and fixing of new short rail of length all as shown on drg made out of GI pipe retrieved from long rail obtained against srl item No-02 here-in-before, after cutting and threading both ends, complete all as specified, shown on drg & as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable leg from the existing GI charpoy frame & fixing of new leg length all as shwon on drg made out of GI Pipe retrived from short rail obtained against srl item No. 03 here-in - before after cutting and threading complete all as specified as shown on drg & as directed.

Tightening of GI Charpoy loose check nuts, elbows, Rails, Legs wherever required complete all as specified & as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable check nut and supplying & fixing new check nut GI 32mm dia medium grade to the frame of charpoy complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable Hard wood block (Wooden Gutka) from legs & Supply & fixing new Hard Wood block (Wooden Gutka) of size 35x35x40mm fixed with 30mm long machine screw to legs as shown on drg & as directed.

Removing of old unserviceabe GI elbow from the existing GI Charpoy frame and supply & fixing new elbow 32mm dia 3 way for GI charpoy complete all as specifed and as directed.
