Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles of single layer in roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of existing mud in roofs of any thickness including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing of mud complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete in roof or mud stops, using PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces (wall and Roof) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC to be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral Water proofing Compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2kg/Sqm including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3mm thickness of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester fiber as reinforcement on primed surfaces by torch application with side over laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for finishing of top surfaces by two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick/stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on wall of surface fair faces brick & concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate, in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting a side (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and hosting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position of exceeding 500 ltr but not exceeding 1000 ltr for roof treatment portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling water tanks capacity exceeding 500 ltr and not exceeding 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 Ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair of 20mm ball brass valve high pressure with polyethylene float fly nut complete screwed with iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of 20mm bore gate valves cost copper allow screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking Down of cement plaster or lime of any description including racking and joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Applying Cement base paint of 2 coats as in concrete surface and newly plastered surfaces including preparation of complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Dismantling of CI/AC/PVC pipe in any dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed110mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110mm dia any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing debris/excavated materials distance exceeding 1.50 KM and but not exceeding 15 KM from MoD land of the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
