Earth work excavation in all clauses of soil such as hard stiff clay, hard gravelly soil as per ss 20 B.

Supplying and Filling and Basemant with M-Sand in Layers not More than 15cm Thick including cost and conveyance of sand to work site including all labour charges for filling etc complete.

Filling with Collection and supply of gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of sand to work site including all labour charges for filling etc complete

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix for RCC using 20mm ISS BG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc complete.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 mix using courntry bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Centering for Sides and soffits including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (using M-Sand) to 15 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm including cost snd conveyance and all labour charges etc complete

Supply and delivery of Door 3 nos (0.9 x 1.20)

Supply and delivery of Window 4 nos (0.9 x 1.20)

White washing two coats with best shell lime including cost and conveyance and all labour charges

Distember two coats including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with Exterior Emulsion including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats of iron works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and Fixing of Cuddapah Slab for 20 mm Thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover with TW box And 5 A FT switch with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed Light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator) SD 24

Supply of 3 plug point including all labour charges etc., completed (AS per S.D.35)

Supply and run of 2 of 1.50 sq.mm (22/0.30) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper Conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20GI bearer wire for service connection mains SD 64

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.
