Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 1:3:6 (One cement : Three coarse sand) : Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and Fixing welded mesh to wood or steel members in partitions etc, including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 25x25x3 mm

Providing and Fixing oxidizes M.S sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc ,including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 250x16m

Painting two coats (excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stopping including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) With white enamel paint.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but with out fittings and the base support for tank including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) 1000 Ltrs Capavity including carriage , labour.

Providing and Fixing G.I pipes complete with G.I fittings including trenching and refilling etc ,including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 15 mm dia nominal bore
