REWIRING AND REPLACEMENT OF OLD SWITCHES/SOCKET ETC WITH MODULAR AND DISTRIBUTION BOARDS, TABLE LAMPS IN OTM ACCN OF GRC KAMPTEE UNDER GE KAMPTEE.

Taking down point wiring with aluminum conductor cable of light point fan & socket light & power complete including light fittings any type switches, sockets, ceiling rose, switch boards, bell/buzzer, bell push, tube light fitting, regulator etc, and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc to match with existing surfaces including white washing/colour washing/ distemper to match with existing wall/floor/ceiling finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sheet metal enclosure DB, main switch etc and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/ capacity complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L point wiring 1100 volt grade single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor 1.50 sqmm drawn in and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 marked medium grade concealed on surface of wall/ceiling including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm pressed steel modular boxes sunk on wall for mounting of modular switches, switch sockets, fan regulator etc including modular cover with frame any size complete including dummy switches wherever required all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces applying putty /distemper/white washing etc for one light point controlled by one, one way switch. Note :- Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate. All switches, fan, sockets, ceiling roses and holders shall be connected to common earth dolly.

All as per Item No. 4 above but One ceiling /exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and regulator complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 4 above but One 3 pin 5 amp socket out point on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 4 above but One 3 pin 5 amps socket out let point on independent board and wiring with 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper wire and earth wire of 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : There shall be separate circuit for independent board

All as per Item No. 4 above but One bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 4 above but One light point controlled by two 2-way switches, with cables 1.5 sq. mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 4 above but wiring with 2.5 sqmm multi stranded cable and earth wire with copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm for 15 amps power point complete all as specified and as directed.
