Maintenance of Street Lighting on PWD Roads under EE(E) West, New Delhi. During 2025-26. (SH-Reinstallation of 12 Mtr. street light pole, SITC of flood light on ring type bracket under Madipur Assembly Constituency)

Reinstallation of existing octagonal/Swaged poles along with street light fittings upto 12/10/8 mtr length from Cement concrete foundation by the help of crane of suitable capacity and with manual labour i/c loading and carriage/ transportation by suitable truck from PWD Sub Division office at Rama Road JE(E) store to various sites upto distance of 25 Kms of PWD Roads. if any mishappening will occur during entire work only the agency will be the responsible.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm.(L) X 600 mm. wide and 1500 mm. deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm. dia- 1660mm long (approx)- 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2200mm (approx) - 10nos. (with 150mm spacing) as required along with foundation bolt M-24 x 850mm EN 8 grade having 2 galvanised locking nuts with 2 galvanised plain washer (as per item below) including welding the nuts and providing 63 mm. (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit as required. (For 8,10 & 12 Mtr Pole)

Fabrication, Designing, Supplying & Fixing of 1000 mm long Single / double / triple/Circular arm bracket(Thickness minimum 3MM) over hang with tightening bolt etc. as per design approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting by double coating aluminium silver paint of street light poles of height 8/10/12 Mtr sizes i/c. pole brackets of various designs after washing by water and scrabbing of poles for removing of any posters/rusts if there to give even shade etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 40 Amp terminal block suitable for 25sq.mm conductor -4 nos. & shorting links – 5nos. on DIN channel i/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length – 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. a) Supplying and fixing 6 Amp, SPMCB, ‘C’ Characteristics Curve - 2 No. Earth stud-2Nos. welded at suitable height two nos. washers, springs washers & nuts. b) Cable support clamp suitable for 4 Nos of 4x25 sqmm cable. c) The nuts and bolts shall be welded..
