Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetres) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including makng good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per HPPWD specifications including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including other incidential . Providing laying spreading and compacting granular sub base grading-1 by providing well graded crushed material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 401 in grading-I material and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed/graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen point two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic metre)mixed with penetration VISCOSITY GRADE-30 (THIRTY) PAVING BITUMEN at the rate of 14.6 kg.(fourteen point six kilogramme) per 10 sqm.(ten square metre) of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 508 by Mechanical means including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
