Repair for 400mm dia MS rising main along with other allied works at LIS Seen Thakran.

Repair to 400mm dia MS rising main of LIS Seen Thakran in district Udhampur at 6 different spots along the alignment by way of cutting of bushes, excavation of soil around the leaking point so as to easily access and plug the leakages then chipping of the rusted/damaged rising main and removing the enamel coating on that and pluging the leakage at 03 different locations by arc welding with superior quality welding electrodes using MS Pipe of suitable length wherever required as per site requirement. Job includes unscrewing of the flange joint, removing of rubber gasket then welding the damaged portion along the circumference of flange joint at 03 different locations on said rising main. Refitting of flanges by p/f of new rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers as per site requirement. Repair to 400mm dia main reflux valve installed on 400mm dia rising main of LIS Seen Thakran by way of unfastening of rusted/damaged studs/nuts and bolts, opening of bonnet cover, extraction of damaged disk assembly. Then checking for any cracks, removing of foreign material deposited inside the body. Providing, fabrication and fitting of complete disc assembly and then re-fitting of the bonnet cover by p/f of new rubber joint, studs, nuts and bolts as per site requirement. Repair to 200mm dia foot valves of Unit no 1 & 2 of LIS Seen Thakran Intake by way of dismantling both from the suction lines and dragging/fishing out from the river by using manual labour and tools & tackles, bamboos, ropes etc. Dismantling of the foot valves at site and removal of mud/debris deposited inside them and cleaning them properly and replacing the rubber joints of the flanges as well as leather sheets of the flaps and checking for their smooth operation. Refitting of the foot valves to the suction lines by using new nuts, bolts, washers as per site requirement and checking for its leaking. Providing of gland packing-3kg, grease-2kg and lubrication oil-2 litre for smooth operation of installed pumping units. Complete Job includes cost of material, skilled/semi-skilled labour charges, carriage/transportation charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, DG set including testing at site. Complete job inclusive of all taxes as applicable.
