Taking out broken, damaged/ rushted street light poles of any kind/make/ length ( steel tubular/ PCC poles) complete along with street light fitting and pole arms with all accessories including necessary excavation, breaking PCC, returning/ filling and removing surplus soil out of MD land complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged street light poles complete with pole arms 1.2 m & cast iron base plate ,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 9.0 mtr long and painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer on exposed surface of pole complete all as specified and directed ( NOTE- (a) Excavation & PCC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate block masonry with solid block ,exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete for coping of pole including necessary from work and fair finish to the exposed surface area without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix FRP type looping box of size 280 x 170 x 130 mm with necessary arrangement to fix the looping box with the suitable size of cable glands with entry, nuts,bolts, washers flat iron including 3 core 2.5 sqmm wire from looping box to light fittings connectore complete all as specified and directed of the followings:- (a) MCB, 63 Amps TP ( 10 KA) (C series ) - 01 No. (b) MCB, 5 to 30 Amps, SP (10 KA) (C series) - 01 No. (c )Neutral link - 01 No.

Supply and lay 40 mm dia GI tubing medium for cable protection at road crossing/ hard standing/ plinth protection/ on the pole complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing unserviceable street light fittings and supply & fixing LED street light fittings of 120 watts capacity ( warm white) in aluminium pressure die cast housing with touched glass cover with IP 66 protection including wiring complete all as specified and directed. Make - Jaquar lighting Cat No - LSRT01S120XW or equivalent make in philips / Havells.

Taking up old U/S XLPE/PVC insulated armoured and PVC sheathed electric cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty with stranded aluminium cable from trenches/walls/ceiling/poles etc any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commissiong & testing XLPE insulated armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 16 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe/ ducts or fixed on wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Make- Polycab/ Gloster / Havells

Removing the excavated material/ soil not exc 50m out of MD land complete all as specified and directed .

Returning & filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying High density poly-ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure 6 kgf/cm2 pipe, 25mm dia for laying of cable protection complete to walls/ trenches/floor/ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms of length 1.2 mtr, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, burried directely in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm with the help of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, including necessary excavation, PCC 1:3:6 type D2 and PCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 weatering arrangement with GI pipe funnel, jali, complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 including connection to the earthing test point and testing on completion.

Supply and fix Digital time switche- Astro for switching on/off lights and other electric devices according to the rising / setting of the sun or with combination function for creating switching programs in which the devices are switched according to astronomical time and / or fixed preset times / daily astronomical calculation of the sunrise/sunset times based on the entered location or location coordinates complete all as specified and directed. Make Legrand Cat No 412654 AlphaRex3 D21 astro or equivalent make in Havells/ L&T.

Supply and fix Power contactor 40 Amps 2 No, confrom to IEC/EN 61095 complete all as specified and directed. Make Legrand Cat No 412545 or equivalent make in Havells/ L&T.

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to MES E/M Store ,complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Ceiling Fan of size 1200mm Sweep, ISI marked, alongwith down rod, maximum air delivery of 215 m3 / Hr, No of blades -3, fixed to ceiling and connecting up including provision of flexible 3 core copper cable & testing, smooth functioning at site ,complete all as specified and directed. Cat Part No Velocity HS of Havells or equivalent in Orient / Philips or approved by GE. Note:- Taking down U/S ceiling fans of any capacity will be deposited in MES store yard

S&F in repair ceiling rose surface bakelite with ISI mark, flush type with ISI mark three terminals ,complete all as specified and directed
