M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 4.0 Sqm each including sweeping, free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with VG-10 paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in screened & graded road metal and rolled with vibromax road roller, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with mechanical brooms and remove all loose dust etc. with air compressor and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30mm consolidated thick semi dense asphaltic concrete with @5.50 % paving bitumen (VG-30) Gde by weight of total mix of Asphaltic Concrete, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, mixing is carried out in mechanical hot mix plant and laying, spreading and rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power vibromax/Tandom road roller to required level, gradient, camber and super elevation, complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) The work shall be Strictly carried out by using mechanical/Sensor paver only. (ii) Work will be allowed only after approval of Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete Design Mix (iii) Contractor Shall arrange Bitumen extraction Test at Site during execution of SDAC work (iv) The cost for any test shall be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavement by using reflective thermo plastic paint confirming to BS:3262 (5Kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters (250 gms/Sqm) in 10 cm/15 cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking paint (by Hot Mechanical process with Road Marking Machine) including complete removal of dust particle by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for in repairs machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish, any shape & size with grey cement & pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade over and including 40mm thick sand cushioning and consolidated with surface vibrator complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x 25mm thick pre printed colour, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) as in path, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work, built in cement mortar of any description including rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including raking out joints complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below ground level) and removing the same from site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, kerbs, coving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over in dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
