Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts and drains etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads, lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimeter s) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Proving weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hugoods service tax, labour cess ndred millimeter s) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts including other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately)depending upon the classification of soil complete as per HPPWD specification including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including makng good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per HPPWD specifications including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting granular sub base grading-1 by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed material to work site up to any lead spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on proposed surface, and compacting with smooth three wheel 80-100 kN static roller 10 cum (ten cubic meter ) per hour to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 401 and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 in single layer and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface spraying primer @ 0.70 kg to 1.00 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one kilogram) per square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen point two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimeter ) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic meter )mixed with penetration VISCOSITY GRADE-30 (THIRTY) PAVING BITUMEN at the rate of 14.6 kg.(fourteen point six kilogramme) per 10 sqm.(ten square meter ) of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 508 by mechanical means including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 using VISCOSITY GRADE-30 (THIRTY) PAVING BITUMEN at the rate of 6.8 kg ( six point eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06 ( zero point zero six) cubic meter of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. ( Ten square meter ) mixing and heating in mini hot mix plant and laying by manual means of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 KN ( eighty to one hundred KN) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
