Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Rates are inclusive of all taxes/octroi, license fee, royalty charges etc. legaly leviable by State, Central Govt. and/or any other local authority.

Tender Documents cost is not transferable and the amount once paid is non-refundable.

Eligibility criteria for works tender in respect of partnership firms.

During the currency of the contract, no partner of the firm shall be permitted to withdraw from partnership business and in such and event it shall be treated as breach of trust and abandonment of the contract.

JOINT VENTURE will not be permitted for the tenders.

Any Conditional offer will be summarily rejected.

Incase the tenderer is a partnership firms, the experience, solvency and turn over shall be in the name and style of the firm only.

If the tenderer is a partnership firm, all the partners shall be jointly and severaly liable for successful completion of the work and no request for change on the certification of the firm shall be entertained.

Certificates from private individuals for whom such works are executed being executed is not acceptable.

The quantities and Items shown in the Schedule are given as a guide and are approximate only and are subject to variation/change according to the requirement at site to the Railway.

Price Variation Clause is not applicable for this tender.

Tenderer shall not add any conditions on their own either in their covering Letter or in the Tender Documents while submitting their offer. Any such conditions if stated and if are in violation of the Railways tender conditions may lead to summarily rejection of the offer. Railway reserves the right to reject such tenders summarily without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The e-tenders will be opened online using the IREPS Portal any time after closing of Tender. No representative is required to be present for opening of e-tender and taking notes of rates quoted and ranking as the complete details of rates etc. of all the bidders shall be available to the bidders through the website after the opening of the Tender.

All contractors are required to upload details of their LOAs, engaged workmen, wage payment details, EPF/ESI details, bonus details etc., on monthly basis. It is mandatory updation of Labour data on Railway-s shramikkalyan portal by contractor. ( Ref: Railway Board-s Letter No. 2018/CE-I/CT/4 Dated 17.10.2018)

The proposed work will be executed as per work orders based on CPWD DSR-2021 of NR approved by the competent authority.

All the Sanitary items, fittings and fastenings of Standard make will be used of Plumber/CERA/Nyser/L&K/Hindware and Parryware only as per IS Standards Specification.
