Dismantling of burner assembly of CHS and removing of side cover and repairing the same by removing the old burnt fire refractory cement plastering, replastering the same as per existing with fire refractory cement for boiler capacity upto 04 lakh kilo/cal/hr and complete servicing the boiler by removing the complete carbon/oil deposits with suitable coil shine chemical including repair to coil assembly by welding if there is any leakage found or any other repair required at site and reassembling/ testing the same, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note :- New sequence controller, ignition rod, ignition transformer, temp controller, photo cell electrode, burner nozzle, hooter and bridge rectifier shall be measured and paid under respective item.

Dismantling of boiler capacity 04 lakh kilo/cal/hr disconnecting all electric/ fuel/ water connection of unsv glycol tubing to isolate combustion chamber of boiler and with help of tripod and chain pully without damaging internal chamber and supply and fix of Boiler Coil for 04 lakh kilo/cal/Hr capacity Central Heating Plant as per existing shape size & dimension as per manufactures recommendation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Aquatherm,Themax or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement sequence controller suitable for 4 lakh kilo/hr with burner rod assembly, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Siemens or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement ignition rod suitable for 4 lakh kilo/Cal/hr burner rod assembly, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement ignition Transformer electronic type suitable for 4 lakh kilo/Cal/hr burner rod assembly, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement temperature controller digital type DTC 503 with sensor suitable for 4 lakh kilo/Cal/hr LAL 2.25 burner rod assembly, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement pressure gauage 0 to 10.6 Kg/cm sq as per existing, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement photo cell as per existing suitable for 4 lakh kilo/Cal/hr burner rod assembly, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement burner nozzle suitable for 4 lakh K/Cal/Hr, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Electrode suitable for burner of capacity 3-4 lakh K/Cal/Hr, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
