Laying of RCC foundation for 9.0 mtr. Long Octagonal poles including proper curing. 0.6mX0.6mX1.2m (RCC with concrete ratio 1:1.5:3 with minimum 8 Nos. of 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8 mm dia not more than 200 mm C.C for fixing the pole).

Earthing of Octagonal Pole Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm 3 mtr long through GI Strip (25x3)mm

Providing and fixing Pre fabricated galvanized four way top bracket (1500mm long with 48.3 OD GI Pipe) to be fitted on top of Octogonal pole for holding lighting

Supply installation testing and commissioning of DK thermoplastic cable Junction/ Termination T boxes 8"x10"of class IP66 fitted with four 2-5 Amp MCB strip,4-way terminal block / connectors Incl. copper lugs, Clamps ,nut & bolts washers etc (Hansel or equivalent make) or poles with four way type bracket to be fitted properly inside the door opened gear box provided on thebottom side of the pole.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 200 Watt LED flood light of IP 66 protection

Providing and fixing of Surge Protector for the 120/190 watt LED type lighting fixture complete.

Providing and laying of 3X1.5 mm² PVC insulated multistrand flexible copper wire for service connections from connection plate to the LED luminary individual circuit including loop & earthings laid properly.

Providing and laying of LT 25 mm² 4 core Aluminium XLPE Armoured cable to be carried through conduit/pipe U/G or A/G only in case of site constrains excluding cost of pipe & trench excavation. The cable shall include end termination lugs with its crimping /taping.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Pole Mount 2 kVA Autotransformer with fittings
