Earthwork in excavation in hard soil on foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulder except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering , dewatering if required etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in F&P using of size (25 X12X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 35Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete with (1:1.5:3) in using 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in SS using of size (25 X12X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 35Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & supplying for fitting and fixing of M.S. Truss, Poles, Rafters & purlins etc made with M.S Angle, Channel,iron tubes and flats etc including cutting into size,making welding/bolting etc placing in proper position embeding with cement concrete & finishing with cement plaster as per required dimension confirming to drawing and design including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P,equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Egineer-in-charge.

Providing Floor Tiling works in floors using Vitrified industrial Tiles of size 300mm X 300mm of approve make & quality conforming to IS: 13755 laid to proper slope over 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality etc including rubbing and polishing complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of GCI coloured Sheet(0.5mm thick) in roof (jindal/bhusan make) including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. completeof approved quality and dimension etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
