CODE NO.10.25.1 - Steel work welded in built up sections /framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required all complete.

CODE NO. 3.11 - Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per Clause 305.
