Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R portion

Taking down cement plaster of stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja, or concrete surface of any description including raking out joints hacking for key securing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling PCC floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to stores and removing debris to a distance exc 250 m and not exc 1000 m spread and levelled all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters without taking off shutters from the frames not exc. 1.5 sq m each all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters without taking off shutters from the frames exc. 1.5 sq m but n exc 4 Sqm each all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connections 20 mm bore all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any portion not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, for ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with soild blocks exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the morther slab. Fillig the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalant) on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 part of water and allow to dry for 04 hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixint Newcoat/ Waterseal Concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products) without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completly. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for providing 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth without using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer ,breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries outside the premises etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete , inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete

M&L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kg of cement. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. (for repair to wall & slab)

M&L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materials:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressureat exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements at 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam and columns)

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond,5 Cement,15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Four run of 6 sqmm single core cable and 02 run of 6.0 sqmm single core cable as earthing contnuity conductor with PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length meter

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 Volts 20 Amps all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' Part III - External water supply

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading levelling, watering and well raming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI/CPVC tubing and connecting including making good distrubed surface and removal from site all as specified and as directed for the following size:

(b) 50 mm dia bore

Supply & Laying of 25 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 with all fittings such as elbow, bend, socket, nipple, union and Reducer socket etc fixed to wall, ceiling or floor all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 134 here in before, but 50 mm outer dia CPVC pipe with all fittings fixed complete laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair gun metal gate/globe valve with iron wheel screwed both ends for unions, pipes and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
