Transportation of Transformer, CTs, PTs, Breakers, C&R Panels, 11 kV Switchgears and EHT LAs only. Using 41 MT to 80 MT Truck & Trailor (Upto 250 km)., with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Unloading of Power Transformer and other similar materials like Switchgear cable drums, Drake/Lynx Conductor etc., (cost includes crane charges if any). At Herkal South LIS headwork., with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Assembly of Transformer parts like bushings, radiators, filling oil into Tr. etc., for the total weight of the transformer., with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Detention charges per day for vehicles upto 40 MT Trailor., with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Tanking the assembly, giving connection, providing new gaskets and insulating materials conforming to relevant ISS, putting back the cover, tightening the fixtures, fixing the bushing etc., including the cost of all materials like gasket, insulating materials, bolts and buts etc., and labour. Other accessories at repairers work to facilitate the testing., with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Filtration of oil using filter set of the contractor to bring the insulation valve to I.E Specificationswith all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Wiring of Transformer marshalling box, bucholtz relay, fixing thermometer, OLTC upto control panel and assisting in testing and commissioning by RT/MT/Firm Engineers-6.50MVA, with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Inspection of wires and ferrules. Inspection of wiring of protective devices, cooling fans, oil flow pumps, OLTC, RTCC, bushing etc.,. Upto 20MVA for 110KV, with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Control Panel: Testing of C&R panels: Testing for insulation level, testing of relays, control operations for closing tripping etc., interlock. Alarm annunciation & indication checks (with SAS)., with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Testing and commissioning : Identification of wires, ferruling, crimping & termination of wires for annuciation, etc., Testing of relays, CTs, PTs & Breaker for Operation ii) For Single 11 Kv panel indoor type-6.6KV HT Breaker, with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Testing and commissioning : Identification of wires, ferruling, crimping & termination of wires for annuciation, etc., Testing of relays, CTs, PTs & Breaker for Operation iii) For aaditional 11 Kv panel indoor type-6.6KV HT Breaker, with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply of Numerical Differential Relay for 110KV and 66KV class power transformer woth IEC 61850 Communication protocol, with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Servicing & overhauling of OLTC each Divertor switch including chainge of oil, lubrication and replacement of gasketas and other parts which are locally available., with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing casing embankment using semi-pervious / pervious approved soil from borrow areas in layers of 250 to 300 mm ( before compaction ) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller and all other ancillary operations complete, with all lead and lift as directed by engineer in charge.
