Providing and laying of 8 to 10mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 600mm x 600mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1 : 3 cement mortar (1 cement, 3 coarse sand) finishing with cement sturry & with pigment grouting & Polishing comlete I/C S/O all material labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work excluding base contrete.

Supply and fixing of 40mm (1 1/2") thick commercial quality sitapur ply or other approved plywood flush shutters including stops and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks handles springs and/or other fitting but excluding painting with two coats of black japan on all iron fitting if necessary and including fixing the glass to be 4mm thick fitting with necessary screw to be supplied depertmentally,

One priming coat and two coat oil distemper on new work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
