REPAIR AND CLEANING OF OHTs AND UG SUMPS WITH ALLIED WORKS AT AEC TRG COLLEGE and CENTRE PACHMARHI

M&L for cleaning of over head water reservoir of capacity 25000 gln near MH area at a stage of 4 to 12 mtr above ground level, cleaning internal walls and bottom surfaces by using wire brush / coconut coir removing all accumulated silt, foreign materials etc including disposal of materials to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr as directed and cleaning of chocked pipes etc by applying soda lime solutions, re-cleaning with fresh water after re-brushing with bleaching powder solution / liquid solution to ensure removal of all stiky deposits, drainig out all dirty collected water including applying one coat of white cement wash to entire internal suface of reservoir and dual coat of white wash at external surface after clenaing with brush including writting letters by thick paint capacity and date of cleaning on tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cost of all T&P, chemicals required for cleaning, wire brushes, pumping sets, white cement and all other safety equipments deemed to be included in the unit qouted rates. (ii) By pass arrangement shall be made by contractor to maintain existing supply system without any extra cost.

All as per item No 1 above but 60000 gln at main pump house complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but 50000 glns at Pandav cave and Mes key person pump house complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block, copings and kerb, water trough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25X4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised Iron/steel . supplying and laying charcoal stone aggregate) chamber and RCC cover of size 54x54x50 mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in drawing including taking out the old one. Supply and fixing external water supply system layout paln of pump house wise made of clear acrylic sheet of 2 mm thick with interior light arrangement in cubical enclouser of size 2 M x 1.5 M including hanging on wall and connecting to existing socket Note. Rough Layout plan shall be printed and get approved from AGE(I) for final printing on Acrylic sheet.

Supply and fixing 3 feet x 4 feet Non Magnetic white board with blue pin-up notice board) includes 1 duster, 1 marker and 50 Push up pins with heavy duty frame for pump house notice complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair sluice valve of size 200 mm at OH tank ISI Marked, Class PN-1.6, both ends flanged with CI body, stainless steel spindle, chucknut and iron wheel etc including provision of new nuts, bolts, washers and gasket including testing and taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- AFeStairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel')

S & F Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, with 0.63 mm thickness of sheet complete all as specified and directed.
