SH-I: Manpower

Maintenance & operation of all External & Internal Electrical Installations on all working days i/c holidays (except Sundays) in general shift as per requirement. Contractor has to deploy following minimum staff for the work: a) Wireman -3 No. b) Helper -3 No. c) Pump Operator - 1 No.

Fuel cost for running of DG set on per hour per DG set basis (contractor has to quote his running, handling & storing cost of fuel/hour/running operation of DG set which he has to assess according to the condition & capacity of the DG set mentioned below) at following sites as & when required or as per direction of E-I-C.

SH-II: Miscellaneous minor repair works for E&M installations.

Complete servicing of different type & model ceiling fans i/c greasing, replacement of cotter pin, rubber bush, bolts & nuts including dismanteling, reinstallation of fan at the existing location as required (This item excludes the replacement of bearing).

Providing & replacement of top and bottom bearing / bush including associated work as per the requirement for the following fans i/c dismantling and reinstallation of fan with testing, commissioning & handing over the dismantled items to store as and when required:

Light weight ceiling fan (48"), 300mm Exhaust fan, 300-450mm Wall bracket fan

Medium weight ceiling fan (56"), upto 450mm Exhaust fan, More than 450mm but less thsn 600mm Wall bracket fan, Desert Cooler kit

Servicing of Desert cooler by dismantling of fan motor & water pump motor, greasing/oiling the fan motor & refixing the motor & pump, P/F water distributing PVC pipe & elbows, 3 pin 5 amp plug top and placing the desert cooler at the desired location after servicing and testing etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 4 mm thick plywood on existing window including cutting hole to suit the size of exhaust/ desert cooler etc. as required i/c dismantling the existing plywood if any.

Providing and fixing wood wool pads (1 set of 3 nos.) of good quality of suitable size with wire mess for holding the wood wool pad for diffrent capacity desert cooler at different locations & floors including dismantling the existing pads if required.

Spray painting of desert cooler/room coolers with two coats of enamel paints of approved colour on outer side and two coats of anti corrosive black paint on inner side including scrapping / cleaning before painting, dismantling & shifting of cooler for painting & reinstallation at existing location as required.

Spray Painting of feeder pillers and distribution panels at different location with 2 coats of approved quality grey synthetic enamel paint with cleaning as per site requirement.

Providing and replacement of damage/ rusted GI pipe line of submersible/ monoblock pump set as & when required of following size including threading, cutting and accessories such as flange, socket, gasket, nut - bolts, washer etc. as required (This item includes the transportation of the required material at the site of work and dismantled material shall be the property of AAI).
