Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc with and including taking out existing roof treatments, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces, finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof, complete all as specified and directed.(WPC will be paid separatly)

Supply only water proofing compound

Providing and laying of water proofing treatment of roof APP (Atactic Polyproplyllen) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, super thermply non woven polyester mat reinforcement of 160 gsm, weight of membrane @ 3.6 Kg/Sqm over a solvent based bitumen primer @ 0.3 Ltr Sqm by the same manufacturer conforming to IS:3384-1986 , The membrane shall be laid using bitmun torch.The end lap should be 100 mm and the side lap must be minimum 75 mm the membrane shall be first laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shall be overlapped with another membrane (flashing).All rain water pipe opening shall be suitably sealed with the APP membrane all as specified and directed. (The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (shalcrate 42) before laying cement plaster)

M&L for new APP membrane surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of Aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab for providing proper slope 1:40 and approx thickness 75mm or less and finished the surfaces even and smooth wihtout unsing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each including taking out hold fast embedded in PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1Sqm but n exc 2Sqm each.

S&F pressed steel frame for door made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 105mmx60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including filling of concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 back of chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel frame for doors made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 125mmx60mm for with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including filling of concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 back of chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour sheet reinforcement with MS square tube. All as specified .

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (style) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm moulded prelam PVC sheet on on the front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face with wood free EPS all aws specified.

S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood plain framed, panelled (factory made) shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood in glazed and Skelton factory made shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/wire gauge etc with sash bars edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/wire mesh etc sizes of members as per clause 8.20(a) of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing wood or wood based new or untreated surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 150mm ordinary rat rail, rod pattern mild steel springs ISI marked including roller and roller plate complete including all necessary welding if required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (Corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings, M&L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa AZ 150gm/Sqm as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Sheet colour approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based plain steel sheeting 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self taping screws as specified.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rafters rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beem, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of FE 410 W (Gde E-250) quality B including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each nexc 0.5 cu.m, getting out getting out in soft/loose soil

Preparing the new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth priming with red oxide zinc crome and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prelaminated 18 mm thick lead free factory made 100 % solid WPC (wood polymer composite) sheet having high natural fiber content 25 to 30 % wood colour sheets with density not less than 500 Kg/Cum and the weight of sheet of 1 sqm should be 11 Kg(+- 5%) manufactured by ISO 9001-2015 certified company.the sheet should be 100 % water proof,termite proof ,fire retardent, manufactured by single layer extrusion process with excellent screw holding capacity and shore D hardness.complete including all fittings like handle,piano hinges, hinges,hydraulic stoper,beading etc as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in position suspended false ceiling system using E-grid suspended ceiling grid system. Taking down of old PVC wall lining, preparation of surface & S&F solid PVC Wall lining consisting of 5mm thick printed colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on pvc frame as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down of old PVC sheet fillets & S&F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 350 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified ceramic joint free tiles 8-9mm thick ( sq/ rect) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concretes of any description and any position not otherwise speciliy provided for (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20 - 25 mm thick Cement concrete tile size 25 cm x 25 cm/ 30 cm x 30 cm with grey cement and pigment, Machine pressed, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60 mm thick (Factory made rubber moulded) with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade fixed all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggt as in coping all as spd and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concret type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring/Sub base/Plinth protection all as spd and directed.

M&L for hard core broken stone of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited , spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window/ventilator with tubular frame factory made double shutters of size 79mmx39mm,16 guage rectangular tubular frame with side hung shutter glazed and guaged with glazing bars 12x3mm flat iron incl projecting type hinges with steel handles and steel peg stay dovetailed or welded incl incluing necessary locking arrangment complete, incl two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling water tanks (Capacity of tank exc 250 Ltr but n exc 500 Ltr) and removing from site, S&F Rotational moulded polyethelyne water storage tank three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, capacity of tank 500 ltr incl inlet and outlet connection 20mm dia and 15mm dia GI pipes medium grade respectively 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15cm long and PVC valve 20mm high pressure with polyethelyne float and fly nuts complete all as specified.
