Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum in soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and making good surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation or Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Coping, edging, mass filling, steps; etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement morter 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or one side of lathing, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and rough, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 50 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and fair, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size onfirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi-corrugated (trapizoidal profile) steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, Testing and commissioning of Organic Waste Converter of capacity 100 Kgs/day which shreds and homogenizes organic waste with appropriate bioculture and organic media. The output from OWC Machine is a raw compost having uniform coloured and soil structured coarse powder, free of bad odour. The treated waste does not attract flies, mosquitoes, rats , animals and birds.The OWC operation is 15-20 minutes batch cycles. In addition curing system for maturing of raw compost is also necessary to provide conducive atmosphere to micro organisms to multiple and degrade the raw compost. curing system maintains required moisture level and proper aeration. Raw compost stored in curing system gets matured and forms compost in 7-10 days process, Make: Excel Industries Ltd Mumbai or equivalent. (1 Gram of Bioculum is required for 1 Kg of Organic waste) Sanitreat:- Rate of 3x5 Kg drum/Bag of sanitreat shall be deemed to included in the quoted rate. (1 Gram of Sanitreat is required for 1 Kg of Organic waste)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs), complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) Item includes the cost of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth wire. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI earth wire.

Supply & laying of LT XLPE insulated cable, sheathed, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Supply & Laying Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Galvanised Iron Pipe 40mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid under Floors or Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with and including Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
