COLLAPSIBLE / ROLLING SHUTTERS Providing and fixing in position collapsible M.S. shutters with vertical channels 20mmx10mmx2mm braced with flat iron diagonals 20mmx5mm size with top and bottom rails of T-iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with 38mm dia steel pulleys complete with bolts and nuts, locking arrangements, stoppers, handles including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing drain with cement concrete (1:3:6) 10cm thick sides 10cm thick bed over brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. ii). 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

WALLS, SLABS & RAFT SLABS: Providing Grouting in R.C.C. walls & slabs by drilling holes @ 300mm c/c upto half of the wall depth in zigzag manner or as per drawings using a drill machine and fixing a nozzle of 20mm dia. for injecting a grout/ grout slurry till the refusal of injected grout material from adjacent nozzle (grouting operation pressure shall be in between 2 to 4kg per sq.cm.). TREATMENT OF CONSTRUCTION JOINTS Providing treatment of constructional joints in R.C.C. walls and slabs by supplying, mixing and applying a 2-component epoxy resin based bonding agent for old to new concrete like Master Bond - EP/ Concresive 1414 of BASF/Dr. Sealkit Bond OTN (Asian Chemicals) (with an open time of 6 hours at 30 deg Celsius) as per detailed drawings or as specified and directed by the Department complete at all levels.
