Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material (in cement Mortar) including machinery & labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in all kind of soil including breaking of clouds, removal of grass etc. with all lead & lifts including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material as per clause 304 of MORT&H specifications Ordinary soil by Mechanical means Depth upto 3 m including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing and fixing premoulded joint filler, for expansion joints, including the cost of sealing compound & primer coat including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications (110mm Dia.)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc.complete in all respect below plinth level, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Filling sand behind the structure including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Painting on concrete surface, Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1litre for 2 sqm. including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.
