REPAIR OF SECURITY WALL SECURITY GATE FENCING AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT JAK LI RTC DHANSAL UNDER GE ARMY DHAR ROAD

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (WPC to be measured and paid separately)

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair after applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and as directed in SSR Part I 14.22.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plasterd surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of 100% required shade (Company Depot tinted) in Camouflage pattern/ any pattern with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.50 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall with one coat of cement base paint white or tinted or camouflage complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 and complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc, of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stoneswork and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed
