Taking out carefully following old unserviceable part of sofa sets ( large of 3 seat and single seat of sofa set 5 seats and 4 seats) supply and fixing following new parts of shesham wood all as specified and directed. (Drg Nos.- FD-373, 281 etc)

Material and labour for preparation of all wooden surfaces of sofa set five seat (one large of 3 seat and other single seats) by removing all existing polish by scraping with sand paper manually or machnically and making surface smooth and prepration of surfaces with two coats of wood filler (siller) and approprate colours and making it smooth with melamine polishing and applying two coats or more of French polish to get glossy and smooth finish all as specified and directed. (Drg Nos.- FD-373, 281 etc)

Supply and fixing in replacement of 100mm thick cushion foam seat cushion foam 32 density of size 530x580mm duly covered with approved and vergin tapestry cloth of best quality. Rate of tapesrty shall not be less than Rs 200 per meter all as specified and as directed. (Drg Nos.- FD-373, 281 etc)

Removing old US/worn out tapestry cloth cover of foam cushion of size 530mm x 580mm x 100mm and supply and fixing new tapestry cloth cover fitted with zip of best quality rate not less than Rs 200 per meter all as directed. (Drg Nos.- FD-373, 281 etc)

Bed Plywood w/o MNF set (Box Type):- (Drg Nos.- FD-1102, 246 etc)

S&F in position single peice 12mm thick commercial plywood ISI marked on top of the bed hard and bed box type after taking out old broken/chipped off plywood complete all as specified and directed.

S&F side frame 18mm thick one side teak face block board, duly wrought ISI marked made to shape including taking out the broken /old side frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position 6mm thick commercial plywood ISI marked on bottom of the bed including taking out old broken/chipped off plywood complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of headboard as per drg, made out of PPB ISI marked after removing old damaged head board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of footboard as per drg, made out of PPB ISI marked after removing old damaged foot board, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for French polishing of bed after cleaning the surfaces (old or new) with sand /emery paper, refilling the borer holes/cracks with putty (wherever required,) applying the raw sienna/ burnt sienna as per requirement, make the surface smooth again with sand/emery paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out carefully the marking cloth, hession cloth, old srpings, cotton layers, coir fiber, foam cushion and tapestery cloth of sofa set 5 seats with arms. Supply and fixing fresh springs, laying cotton and coir fiber layers after stitching the approprate marking cloth, fixing 21" x 22" x 100mm foam cushion in seats and backs of the sofa sets and finally cover the entire sofa set cushion with approprte tapestry cloth as approved (rate of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs.200 per RM). stitching the back with marking cloth and bottom with hession cloth. S&F new 4" x4" legs made out of shesham wood to the bottom of the sofa sets duly polished, complete all as specified and directed. (Drg Nos.- TP)

Removing carefully the complete seats of the chair dining officers (wooden) along with tapestry / leather cloth and foam cushion and S&F of new seats of chair and cushion 32 (d) and fixing as per Drg and tapestery / letheritic cloth of approved pattern from engr in charge. rest all as per Drg. Note:- Rate of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs.200 per RM

Removing carefully the seats of the stool dressing along with tapestry / leather cloth and foam cushion and S&F of seats and fresh cushion 32 (d) and fixing as per Drg and tapestery / letheritic cloth of approved pattern from engr in charge. Rest all as per Drg. Note:- Rate of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs.200 per RM

Repair of chair computer / Revolving /Chair Padded:- (Drg Nos.- FD/E6/MAP/01/TP etc)

M&L for welding work to repair the damaged part as per pattern of Durun / complete assy complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable fabric, foam cushions of seat and back and upholistring of existing chair computer with new fabric, new foam 50mm thick high density (32 density) for seat and back rest as per best trade practice Note:- Min price range of cloth to be used Rs 100/- per mtr.

Taking out U/S base for chair and S&F new base complete in all respects as per requirement and making fully functional, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of U/S hand rest and S & F new hand rest of best quality as approved to fix with the chair complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement in Repair of padestal assembly as required to be fixed in chair with S&F new padestel Assembly after removing damaged non working assemblely complete all as specified and directed.

Charpoy GI Pipe (Drg No.- FD-220)

Removing exising old/wornout/unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe/ IP folding and tighening the frame of charpoy including supply and reweaving on top and bottom portion of charpoy with new nylon tape newar 50 to 55 mm wide virgine qulity (Kamal brand, Mangaldeep, Star brand) as approved by Engr-in-Charge, white of 1st quality weight of newar shall between 1.45 kg to 1.50 kg each charpoy and shall be closely woven as per pattern shown on drawing and as directed by Engr - in - Charge. (Drg Nos.- FD-220)

Removing existing old and unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fix new long rail of GI Pipe 32 mm bore medium grade ISI marked threaded at both end fixed in position complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing existing old and unserviceable short rail of charpoy GI and fabricationand fixing of short rail by cutting and converting from long rail obtained vide Srl item No 11.02 here in before threading both end complete all as shoiwn on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing existing old and unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe and babrication and fixing of legs by cutting and converting from short rails as obtained srl Item No 11.03 here in before cutting and threading at one end and supply and fixing MS plate 3 mm thick, 40 mm dia by welding at other end of legs including provision of two parellel MS clamps made of 25x3 mm flat iron duly welded for MNF set fixed in position and painted with two coats of synthetic enaml paint black over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing old unserviceable GI check nut from the frame of charpoy GI 32mm boreand supplying and fixing of new check nut, fixed in position all as shown in drg and as directed.

Removing existing unserviceabel GI elbow 32mm dia from the frame of GI charpoy and supply & fixing of new Elbow GI 32mm ISI Marked and fixed in position all as shown in drg as directed.

Material and labour for electric welding of long/short rails, legs of GI Charpoy frame of size 32mm and 25mm by continuous welding around with the joint complete all as specifed and as directed.

Removing exising old/wornout/unserviceable 12mm thick ply top / MDF top from the top of charpoy GI 32 mm and replacement of 12mm thick plywood commercial type ISI marked with single peice ply from long rail to longrail and short rail to short rail properly fixed by supply and fixing and make it fit with 6mm smooth head nut bolts with two nos washers complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 1,39,267.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 14A of IAFW-1815-Z) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately from the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 14A of IAFW 1815-Z.
