Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) any description and laid in any position including removal of rubbish in low lying area, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, as in filling of sunken floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates 75mm thick as in path/hardstanding in alternate ways, finishing the surface even & smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of ceilings including scraping by mechinised means (Vacuum based sanding machine); scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and washing with water and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0(12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as flooring finished fair & even to receive top layer of flooring , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:30 slope as in plinth protection , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in alternate bays not exceeding 3 mtr in length with joint of 6mm wide and 10mm deep shall be provide along the wall and bays and shall be filled with sealing compound grade 'B'. (ii) Cost of sealing compound is included in the unit rate of the item.

Dismantling existing water storage tanks exc 250 litres but n.exc 500 litres capacity by disconnecting existing water connection and removal from site , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, filling in mass concrete, foundation and as in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
