Maintenance and servicing, overhauling to DG set including attending faults on call basis for normal repairs including replacement of defective and worn out minor filters gaskets, V- belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nuts, bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc, tappet settings if required and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, applying petroleum jelly to battery tereminals, adding distilled water checking the oil, coolent levels of capacity upto 250 KVA DG set installed at various locations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge Note:- (i) Spares required for maintenance will be measured and paid seprately under relevant items. Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of XLPE, insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric cable with stranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade, laid in tranches/fixing on wall/poles or passing through pipe, including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing on completion, including taking down existing unserviceable cable with GI protections pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following cross sectional area:- (a) 3.5 Core x 70 Sq mm.

(b) 4 Core x 10 Sq mm.

( c ) 2 Core x 16 Sq mm.

Supply and Fixing of HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP Protection of IP-67 having outer dia 50 mm and inner dia of 38 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing 50mm bore'Light' grade with all fittings for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads crossing etc and made good the disturbed surfaces/area complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and installation LED 45 W Street Light, IP-65 (Waterproof) Outdoor Light, Cool White with BIS approved driver, heat management with aluminum heat sink, with protections available -short circuit, open circuit, under voltage, over voltage, isolution, 6kv - internal surge protection. Note : (i) Necessary 20 mm PVC conduit & 1 sq mm 3 core PVC sheathed PVC insulated copper cable upto 5 m is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates (ii) MS clamps for fixing of fittings / Junction boxes if required to be deemed Make : - Philips / Bajaj / Wipro/ lucker/ or equivalent

M&L for Attending of HT 11 kV Break downs, checking faults and renwal of burnt fuse wires in in 11kV/1.1kV installations with necessary tools i.e 11kv discharge rod, meggers,gloves etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i) T&P shall be provided by contractor in free of cost, deemed rate shall be included in the quoted rate. (ii) One Skilled electrican and helper shall be provided while attending this job in free of cost,deemed rate shall be included in the quoted rate. (iii) proper isloation and safety guidelines shall be followed by the contractor, incase of any eventulity the contractor is fully responsible. (iv) Rate for Jumper and other petty items is deemed to be included in above quoted rate (v) Rate for Meggering of the electrical system is deemed to be included in above quoted rate

M&L for Replacement of air breather with filled silica gel suitable for any make of tranformer rating up to 500 KVA mounted on plinth/pole including taking out old u/s one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for Dehydration including filtration cleaning of transformer oil in transformer indoor/ outdoor type by centrifusion / machine having minimum capacity 1000 to 30000 ltrs/ hrs including testing insulation and vescocity of oil before and after dehydration complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance of earthings of installations like cleaning of earth pits, treatment of earthing by pauring salt water, replacement of perished wire mesh, unserviceable funnel and repair works like patch works to the PCC chambers and RCC cover with cement mortar 1 : 4 all as directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC Junction box of size 250X200X100 mm ,light weight pole mounting hinged type including MCB Sp 06Amps -1 No including necessary clamp for MCB mounting and mounting of Box on pole with MS flat frame arrangement and necessary connector for looping in and looping out cable connection and suitable glands complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preperation of old painted surfaces of two pole RCC structural and transformer and cleaning the surface etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint based paint white colour and in bottom black colour including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint silver colour on bracket of street lights and on clamps, writing the all details as per direction complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular / RCC pole and cleaning the surface etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint based paint white colour and in bottom black colour including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint silver colour on bracket of street lights and on clamps, writing the all details as per direction complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT feeder piller box/HT & LT panels by scrapping with wire brush and cleaning etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with use of spray gun of approved grey colour and writing the all details as per direction with white colour in back ground complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs factory made street light control panel, with and including all accessories such as control switch, contactor, automatic control relay, pre-wired etc. fixed on fabricated angle iron channel of suitable size and grouting on floor, Timelite-40 Amps, 3 Pole 230/415 volts-Astronomical Time switch (suitable for Pune area), Make -Indo-Asian Cat No.TLO65ASO or equivalent in Havells, Stranded, Legrand.

Dismantling unserviceable burnt out MCCB by disconnecting the cable and S&F new MCCB's in the existing panel boards with new bolts, nuts, lugs & glands etc of the following capacities complete all as specited and directed. Make: L&T, Legrand, Havells (a) MCCB of upto 125 A Fixed type, 4 pole 16 KA, 415 Volts.

(b) MCCB 200 A Fixed type, 4 pole 16 KA, 415 Volts.

M&L for Spray painting of upto 500 KVA transformer pole mounted / plinth mounted at site and applying two coat of synthetic enameled Smoke grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 including marking or transformer capacity with stencil letter with black or white paint and Font and Size of letter shall be directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Meggering with 1000v/2500v/5000v hand operated megger machine of HT Overhead conductor between Span to Span/two pole structure/four pole structure, any type insulator with complete diconnection & reconnection of jumper for checking of fault and rectification for any size any place after disconnection of AB switch complete. Note: required tools shall be provided by the contractor at free of cost, deemed rate shall be included in quoted unit rate

Taking out HT/LT UG cable of any size laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/surface and relaying/rerouting the same cable shall laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/surface as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i)Earth work shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant items (ii) taking out & relaying of cable protection pipe shall be deemed to be inclusive in above quoted rates (iii) Cable protection pipe will be measured and paid separetely under relavent items below

M &L for Disconnecting the electric supply and Servicing of 11 KV AB switches upto 400Amps by disconnecting,overhauling,greasing and re-assembling same in its original existing postion, testing & commissioning including complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Male/female contacts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only Male contacts suitable for 11 KV Air Break switch including taking down old u/s item complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm including taking out old u/s one complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia( THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm -7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. Backfill compound should be eco-frendly and having RoHs certification . GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI.The earting pit should be cover with pcc(1:2:4 , B1) cover ,of 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed Make: ASHLOK / INDELEC/JMV /TERCEL.

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 21,049/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
