Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure and all type of on classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera as per drawings and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within any leads and lifts..The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement :four sand:eight graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty Millimeter) nominal size in or under wateror ground complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge ,including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-25(M-twenty five )design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 25 N/mm2 (twenty five Newton per millimeter square ) with minimum cement content of 400 kg (Four hundred kilogramme ) per cubic meter mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc.complete 150mm( One hundred fifty millimetre) dia make of Finolex including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten) with cement contents not less than 250kg(Two hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackets and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
