FLOORING

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

ROOFING

Providing and fixing fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing accessories in all colours with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete:

REPAIRS TO BUILDING

ALUMINIUM WORK

Providing and fixing 35mm thick glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows using 10Kg/sqm (4mm thick) glass panes including anodised aluminum butt hinges (Anodick coating not les than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) with necessary screws etc, complete. a) With Kiln seasoned and chemically treated superior hard wood Cat-II (A).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick if cement comncrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 Coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grounted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing cement concrete surface drain including earth excavation 10 cm thick base concrete and 15 cm thick side walling with 1:3:6 cement concrete ( 1: cement; 3 sand; 6: graded stone stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) cement concrete fininshing with 1:4 cement mortar (1 coment: 4 sand) cement plaster including floating coat of neat cement inside the drain surface including disposal of surplus earth work complete.

Renewing wooden battens in roofs, including making good the holes in wall and painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture complete, including removal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. a) With kiln Seasoned and Chemically treated Superior Hard Wood Cat-II(A)

Providing and fixing pre painted galvanised(PPGL) steel profile sheetsAZ-150 of brand TATA Bluescape steel, Everwst Industries Ltd. ISW steel Ltd, Jindal India Ltd or equivalent (size shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
