Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Web Application Firewall and Wired Network Firewall License for 3 years to Information and Communication Division, Manasagangotri, University of Mysore, Mysuru.

The bidder must have successfully executed at least one IT project for a government or quasi-government organization, with a value of not less than 80% of the tender amount (in lakhs). Supporting documents as proof must be submitted.

GST registration certificate

If tenderer is an Authorized dealer/reseller, manufacturers authorization form should be submitted for Network Firewall and Web Application Firewall. Manufacturers authorization is mandatory. Any bids submitted by an authorized dealer or reseller without a valid authorization will result in disqualification

Bidder should have ISO9001 certification

PAN card copy, IT returns statement, Balance sheet and profit & loss statement of financial year 2022-23 ,2023-24 and 2024-25.

Annual turnover statement certified by CA for the financial year 2022-23 ,2023-24 and 2024-25. The annual turnover of the firm for last 3 Years should not be less than Rs. 200.00 lakhs.

Signed Tender Application Form with the name of the firm, with full Address, contact details, E-mail address etc. on letter head of the bidder.

The Bidder should be a private limited Company, a public sector undertaking, or a government agency incorporated in India. A copy of the registration certificate must be enclosed.

Notarized Self declaration on Rs. 200/- Stamp Paper as per Annexure G (Regarding Non-Black listing)

Compliance statement of bidder should be on letter head for the tender specifications as per format.

The bidder must submit a solution document to ICD, UoM, Mysuru, confirming the compatibility of the proposed firewall and Web application firewall along with a network diagram before the bid submission date. The duly acknowledged solution document must be uploaded along with the bid.
