Material and labour for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction (Water proofing compound paid for seperately) of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and labour for 50mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as flooring shall be laid in alternate bays and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20 graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and joints shall be filled with bitumastic gola with 80/25 bitumen (1 part bitumen and 3 parts sand), finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light/fan Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade & 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire drawn in PVC conduit as concealed conduit not less than 19/20 mm dia with all fittings, shunk in MS Pressed steel terminal boxes suitable depth and 1.6mm thick (duly painted with two coat of anti corrosive paint out side and Aluminium paint inside) with top cover 2.8 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for mounting of switches/sockets and fan regulators etc complete all as directed Engr-in-Charge.
