M & L for disconnecting from the panel LT cables of the following sizes along with cable glands, cutting out the burnt/over heated cable ends, making new connections using new aluminium lugs of appropriate size including insulation tapes, excavation etc, and refixing the cable gland and making all connections & testing for proper working complete all as directed for following cables :-

S & F PVC spacers 4 way for LT OH line 1100 volts grade with necessary screws nuts bolts etc complete all as directed to prevent the lines touching each other on heavy wind or in rain as a preventive arrangement to the existing system including removing the existing unserviceable spacers all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable MCCB of any capacity after disconnecting all the incoming and out going cable connections and offering necessary credit all as specified and as directed

Straining only existing loose ACSR conductors/ GI wire of any size or any numbers of wire in one span complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- One span shall not measure more than 50 metre measured as one unit.

Cutting tree branches below, top and around the OH conductors not less than two metre around the line and keeping the line clearance throughout the contract period by trimming the branches repeatedly as many times as required, depending on the growth of new branches including clearing the site and by depositing the branches to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as directed

M & L replacing broken hinges with 100mm M S medium weight butt hinges of L T panel, DB etc by electric welding including denting and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed

S & F Galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia all as specified and as directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of floor mounted LT feedar pillar box, CPRI approved, AC 415 V, 50 HZ, 3 Phase 4 wire of suitable size for accomodating the following accessories, totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, suitable for outdoor use, with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands, structure made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet with angle iron 50X50X5 mm frame work with 4 legs grouted into PCC (1:2:4) type B1 necessary foundation block, with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars, voltmeter, ammeter, changeover switch and MCCBs, hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement, Provision of louvers at sides, structure treated under 8 - tank metal treatment process duly powder coated, complete all as specified and directed :- (Main Panel) NOTE:- Connection from Main bus bar to Outgoing MCCB should be provided through bus bar of suitable rating instead of copper wires.
