Accessories for applying the emulsion should be able to spray in hand to reach areas and achieve the good wounding and penetration of paint on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 103 but on steel surfaces

S & F 18 mm thick 100% Lead free both side plain laminated PVC/WPC sheet of any colour with using sunmica of choice colour on both side for kitchen cabinet shutters, shelves and shutters/partitions, shelves for cup board or similar use and required bracket etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bending tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per manufacterer’s instruction and make approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. (Note : All fittings and fixtures such as Soft closer, handles, piano hinges etc for shutter should be included unit rated quoated by the contractor).

Dismantling wall and ceiling/cup boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs, blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chipping of unsound / weak/ loose concrete/cover of reinforcement over RCC member such as roof slabs, chajjas, facia, hand railing, stair, chiseling and disposal of debrish out site of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying single component liquid that removes rust and prevents further rusting of steel structures by providing a passivating coat, according to specification. The rust remover should have density @ 1.01 Kg/Liters at 30 degree centigrade/or equivalent as per manufacturers instruction and the consumption of the material should not be less than 0.20 Kg/Sqm to be applied in two coats complete. The manufacturer shall be an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified and shall be applied by authorised applicator conforming to manufacturer's specification and instructions. (Note :- The contractor shall submit a certificate in this regard from the manufacturer/make before starting the work at site.

M & L for applying , two component, low solvent, zinc rich expoxy resin basded primer for steel or equivalent as per manufacturer's instruction. The primer should have a mixed resin @ 2.28 Kg/Liters at +27 degree centigrate and solid content @76% by weight The consumption of the material should be around 0.25 Kg/Sqm. The manufacturer shall be an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified and shall be applied by authorised applicator conforming to manufacturer's specification and instructions. (Note :- The contractor shall submit a certificate in this regard from the manufacturer/Make before starting the work at site).

M & L for TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, as per site design requirement including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. Additional reinforcement with adequate lap length & rings at required spacing shall be tied with existing reinforcement using binding wire or welded complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying solvent and styrene free, expoxy acrylate based, 2-component anchoring adhesive acording to specification. Non-sag, even over head and should have compressive strength 70 N/Sqmm , modulus of Elasticity in compressive strength @7000 N/Sqmm, tensile strength in flexure @ 29 N/Sqmm, Tensile strenght @15 N/Sqmm, Modulus of Elasticity in Tension 3800 N/Sqmm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for satisfaction of GE. The manufacturer shall be an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified and shall be applied by authorised applicator conforming to manufacturer's specification and instructions. (Note :- The contractor shall submit a certificate in this regard from the manufacturer/Make before starting the work at site).

M & L for applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight Coverage area of polymer modified cementious bonding shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. The manufacturer shall be an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified and shall be applied by authorised applicator conforming to manufacturer's specification and instructions. The contractor shall submit a certificate in this regard from the manufacturer before starting the work at site.

M & L for applying dual shrinkage compensated trowelable fiber reinforced, thixotropic high strength mortar for structural concrete repairs. The repair mortar should have a bulk density @ 1.3 Kg/Ltr at 27 degree centigrade or as per manufacturer's instructions and should have compressive strength at an ambient temperature of +30 degree centigrade or as per manufacturer's instructions in 1 day greater or equal to 20 N/Sqmm and , in 7 days 35 N/Sqmm and, in 28 days greater or equal to 50 N/Sqmm, Flexural strength at an ambient temperature of +30 degree centigrate, in 7 days 6 N/Sqmm, in 28 days greater or equal 12 N/Sqmm or equivalent as per manufacturers instruction . The consumption of the repair mortar should be ideally 2200 Kg/Cum at water, powder ratio of 0.16 as per manufacturer's instructions.The contractor shall submit a certificate in this regard from the manufacturer/Make. Note for Ser item No 76 to 83 :- (i) The cost for scaffolding/formwork/protective equipments shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of respective items and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) The surrounding area of application should be cordoned off using proper protections (plastic sheet/tarpaulin etc) to prevent the spill over of the concrete and the surrounding area should be cleaned the same day after application and the debris should be remove out of MoD land. Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete, including screed bed, mud phuska, PCC, etc racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, and removing rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed 15 mm thick (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) on roof, mixed with water proofing compound (@ 200 ml/per bag of cement) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' given here-in-after)

M & L for spreading / brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/ Sqm on old concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for padding concrete as on roof, mixed with water proofing compound (@ 200 ml per day of cement) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' given here-in-after).

M & L for water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces with provision of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.50 Kg/ Sqm and providing 3 mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-oven polyester fabric weighing not less than 160 gm /Sqm all as per detailed specifications, sealed with overlaps shall be with torch application and applying two coats of aluminium reflective paints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of Make Pidilite/Dr Fixit/Sika complete all as specified and directed.
