Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles in dado/skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as per HP.PWD. Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per HP.PWD. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per HP.PWD. Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete as per HP.PWD.
